With our full service installations, we provide refined tablescapes, romantic ceremony settings, aerial structures, venue styling, and exquisite bridal party florals. Specializing in organic and free-form styles, we collaborate and design every detail of your wedding so that it is truly a reflection of you; creating a memorable experience that lasts a lifetime.
Blue Jasmine is an award-winning boutique floral design studio that values quality and artistry, therefore, we limit the amount of weddings we take on each year. Ensuring undivided attention to the vision, your style and aesthetics is of the utmost importance to us. Our Full Service Wedding option begins at $3,500 for intimate weddings; small bridal parties and less than 100 guests. For all other events full service begins at $5.000 (pre-tax). Step 1: The Inquiry Form.
Our inquiry form asks for preliminary information to better prepare our creative minds for our initial conversation. We are a boutique studio so we ask that you please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
Step 2: The Initial Consultation
We will contact you to set up an initial consult. These phone chats are when we can get to know more about you, what is important to you, and your style. From here we will send you a custom initial proposal within about a week to 10 days of our chat.
Step 3: Let's Meet.
Based on your feedback, we then schedule an in-person design consult at our floral studio where we begin to imagine and fine tune your unique wedding.
At this time we discuss the initial proposal and key elements of the wedding such as: color palette, bouquet, centerpiece, ceremony aesthetics, and other venue decor. We also review the allocation of funds to ensure we can execute the ideas discussed. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit prior to or at the time of your visit to secure your date with us and continue with the floral planning process.
Step 4: The Final Proposal and the Mood Board.
After the design consult, a detailed design proposal and mood board are emailed to you. These will show our custom plan for your wedding and what your grand total will include. At this time you will also receive a complete wedding flowers contract and rental agreement (if applicable). If you would like to make revisions at this time, a revised proposal will be sent for your review. Once we receive your final approval, a revised contract, rental agreement, and/or contract amendment will be emailed to you.
Step 5: Revisions to the Scope of Work.
While we plan on sticking to the final proposal, we like to keep the conversation open to changes as they may arrive and know that it may take a phone chat, an email, or even a meeting to fine-tune adjustments. Should we alter the plan we will revise the proposal and contract accordingly.
NOTE: We often get asked about packages and our prices; this is difficult to answer simply. For example, larger events with more bridesmaids and centerpieces will cost more than a wedding with fewer tables and no bridesmaids. We are a boutique floral & design company so we limit the amount of weddings we take on each year ensuring that quality and artistry is still of the utmost priority.
